Neighbors along the Western Avenue corridor are enthusiastic about the City of South Bend’s revitalization plan! These neighbors celebrated the community vision and its possibilities during the Better Block 2014 program, and they continue their engagement through La Casa de Amistad, Hispanic Leadership Coalition of South Bend, and other cooperative neighborhood partnerships.
