At Neighborhood Resources Connection, it’s always about the South Bend neighborhoods. The NRC mission to support South Bend neighbors and their neighborhood associations begins at the beginning, as like-minded residents come together to start or strengthen a neighborhood through organization. If you’ve never registered your association or you’re forming a new one, please check the links below for NRC’s voluntary forms. Registration ensures that your neighborhood leaders are invited to NRC’s citywide Quarterly Roundtable meetings, that your neighborhood association is eligible to participate in the Block Party Grant program and other member benefits.
The NRC Neighborhood Association Toolkit begins at the beginning, too. But it also offers plenty of other information on how to launch successful projects, manage group dynamics, work with elected officials, collaborate with other neighborhoods — all available to neighbors making South Bend a great place to live.
